We guarantee the contents what are listed at the item description for all of our items.
    (Please condone slight minor errors which do not affect the value of items.)
    If the items differ from the stated description, we accept returns and you will not be obligated for any charges.

    Returns are accepted within a specified period below basically for any conditions.
    However, please note that we do not accept returns for damages caused intentionally by the buyer.

    -For returns due to defective goods or our errors:
        Please notify us within 14 days from the date of shipment (20 days for SAL shipment).
        All the costs associated with returning the item(s) will be at our expense.

    -For returns due to buyer's convenience:
        Please notify us within 10 days from the date of shipment (18 days for SAL shipment).
        The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) and 20% of successful bid.

All items are from Japan. We use EMS or Small Package or SAL for shipping.

    Any special shipping instruction to be listed on the shipping documents, please make sure to request it at the PayPal MESSAGE when you make the payment, and please try to avoid giving us an inquiry about your shipping requests individually.
    Please note that we may ship out the goods with our discretion since the personnel who are responsible for inquiries and for payment confirmation/packing staff are different.

EMS:
    It takes approximately 3 to 7 days to delivery.
    The tracking service is available therefore we inform you the tracking number as soon as the shipment was made.
    The shipping insurance is included in EMS shipment up to approximately US$200.
    For purchases more than US$200, you can add insurance as an option.

Small Package(Airmail):
    It takes about 7 to 10 days to delivery.
    There are no tracking service nor shipping insurance available.
    Please be aware that the combine shipment can be arranged to a certain extent since large articles and/or items including packing materials which weigh more than 2 kg are not allowed to be shipped by SmallPackage.

SAL:
    It takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks to delivery.
    There are no tracking service nor shipping insurance available.
    Please select this shipping method only if your first preference is the low shipping cost.
    Also the same as SmallPackage, large articles and/or items which weigh more than 2 kg are not allowed to be shipped by SAL.

    It is possible to combine the shipment for the purchase on different dates. If you wish the combine shipment, please instruct us upon your payment.
    For the purchases on the same day, we combine the shipment without your instruction.
    (Please wait for our invoice since the shipping charge may differ.)
    For the purchases on different dates, the shipping charge will be deducted from the next invoice. Please make the payment per item.

    If the registered address for eBay and PayPal were different and you did not inform us about it, the shipment will be made to the registered address for eBay.

    After the confirmation of payment, we stand by 3 to 5 days before the item(s) to be shipped for the purchase of US$500 and above.
    Please understand it is for security purposes to have the smooth transaction.
    However there are no stand by time if you used Escrow service and item(s) will be shipped immediately.
    Transaction fee associated with Escrow service must be incurred by the buyer.

Please understand this item is antique thus it may show minor signs of wear and imperfection.
Also we do our best to show flaws of every item as accurately as possible in our photo images, so please examine the photographs very carefully and be fully aware before bidding.
