lot of 2 pieces of vintage crocheted lace. They all seem like
these are made from cotton thread. Various sizes and widths. The piece on the left seems to be a sampler for a collar. Gorgeous heavy crochet work. I am
guessing these date from the 1920's - 1940's, but don't know for sure.
These were in the collection of my grandmother's sewing materials.
These seem as though they once were trim to put on garments or just
samples for practicing their handiwork. Overall in very good condition.
I did not attempt to clean, but assume that this could be gently
bleached to brighten up over all, if needed.
I have tried to
show any condition issues in the photo. Great for small craft projects
or if you are just a collector of great lace!
