"ELGIN AMERICAN" MADE IN U.S.A.

LISTED FOR AUCTION IS A WONDERFUL VINTAGE COMPACT. IT IS CLEARLY MARKED ON THE INSIDE, "ELGIN AMERICAN, MADE IN U.S." MEASURES ABOUT 3" X 2 3/8". IT HAS BOTH A SHINY AND BRUSHED FINISH AND IS NOT MONOGRAMMED. IT OPEN TO REVEAL A POWDER COMPARTMENT BUT NO LONGER HAS THE PUFF. IT IS IN VERY NICE CONDITION WITH A GOOD WORKING CLASP AND NICE SURFACE. THERE IS A SMALL DIMPLE JUST TO THE LEFT OF 12 O'CLOCK, BUT I DO NOT THINK THAT IT DETRACTS FROM IT!
