Depression vintage MILK GLASS vanity TRAY or shallow PLATE in a pressed pattern with fleur de lis (lily other flower like design) type scrolls and raised textured designed scallops in a round center forming a hexagon like edging. See photo. No Backstamp.
This is old. Good condition, no chips, no cracks, nice glass, thicker solid white, tho' does have the typical wrinkles seen in pressing of this period as well some extra glass over the edges of the pressing (also not uncommon for older wares). Measures approx 6 1/4 inches by 6 1/4 inches (so very symetrical in design and molding), stands 3/4 inch deep, and has a bottom raised rim that is round in shape and has some rough spots and imperfections (manufactured) ... because of this latter slight imperfection we are not qualifying this as display or gift quality to a recipient unfamiliar with vintage milk glass pieces.
