Lighter-Style Purfume Puffer w/Floral Design & Key Ring

I do not know how to work this lighter. I got it from an estate sale, there is no rust, the flowers are painted and a couple have very small wear. I do not know how old these items are, they look new.

The bottom of the lighter is stamped with "NACOM" "CORONA MFG CO"

I am also including a key chain as pictured, the top unclips for easy key addtions/removal. There are no other markings on this item.

Both items appear to be polished metal.
