~Inkwell~
This auction features an old heavy pattern glass inkwell with a brass knob lid. The base measures 2 1/2" high and 5 1/4" high to the top of the lid. I noticed what looks like a drop of glue on the inside where the ink well goes down, so I wondr if the lid is original to the inkwell? It is from an estate so I do not know the history. It is really a unique piece and is very pretty!
