It is 9 inches around. The background on the flue is pale blue, lavender, yellows and green. One child is blond blue-eyed and the other child is dark haired with brown curls. The lady is blond with flowing blond hair wearing a flowing lavender dress. They are all rosy cheeked. The back has birthdays written on it, the front lower rim has 2 water marks that arent very obvious. The chain is intact. A beautiful flue cover. Thank you
