On the front it has a balance knob, the words::Health-o-Meter---Stork Scale---Capacity 30 LBS. The tray for the baby has 2 charts. One for a girl and one for a boy. The one for the girl is real faint. The tray also has cute pictures of various animals. This does have some rust, scratches and stains on it. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
