Needs cleaning. This is for a vintage clear glass insulator. It stands 4 inches tall, and is 2 and 3/4 inches wide at the bottom. It says ‘HEMINGRAY -17 on one side, and ‘MADE IN U.S.A. 11-53: on the other side. It is in nice condition except for a chip on the top. The residue from a piece of masking tape (price tag) is still on it as well (comes off easily). This would look great in your collection.
