Item Description
This is a Very, Very Old Rug Beater.  It measures 32 1/2" long.  The metal is very rough because of its age.It came from my Grandmother and so I know that it at least dates back to the 30's or 40's.   I do not know the maker or the age.  Thank you and if you have any questions please let me know.
