Has a nice Cherub, heart and several foreign words which I believe say; I Love You on front but can't be for certain. has original Elgin American powder puff but no powder. Has some scratching from use and age but could still be a nice addition for your collection. When closed, measures 3-1/4" across x 3-1/4" tall.
