Measurements: Frame is 18 1/2" by 15 3/8"

Document is 13 1/4" by 10 1/4"

The frame is in rough condition, but still very sturdy. The paper has yellowed through out the years, and the photographs are a good representation of the documents color, the writing is starting to fade but is still readable, but I am having a hard time reading the name of the individual due to the script it is written in. Notice the spot on the document. This is a very beautiful old document.
