It is Eugene "The Jeep". This is a plastic bank made in 1971 by Play Pal Plastics. It measures 10 3/4" tall. The base is about 5 1/4" by 6 3/4" oval shaped. This bank does have some scuff marks and it does show age. There is no stopper in it. No cracks or chips in the plastic. A neat collector's item. We are a smoke free environment. We now sell items for local vendors. We do our best to inspect all items and give them the sniff test before accepting them to list. I inspect all items as if I was going to purchase them for myself.
