collectible vintage style, hand painted elf figurine

This elf figurine appears to be hand-painted ceramic construction. She is in very good condition with a few very light chips around the hat. She is approx. 4 1/2" in length. Although I couldn't find out much about her she appears to be fairly old, also she has possible initials D-B on underside and a possible stamp that I was unable to read. She is great for a collector of elves and/or pixies.
