:: When should I expect my purchase to arrive?
If you are located in the US, depending on your location the transit time from Canada is 9-15 business days (week-ends and legal holidays not included) . Aftershaves have to be shipped by Ground Mail and consequently the transit time is 2-4 weeks. International customers should expect their purchase within 2-4 weeks (4-5 weeks if the package is opened by Customs officials). Canadian customers should normally receive their purchase within 4-10 business days.
:: Insurance costs are included in shipping costs. Each shipment is insured for up to 100$CAN as long you provide a confirmed address and a phone number (Canada Post requirements); otherwise the insurance is void and I'm not responsible for your lost items.
