Our goal at B and M Collectibles, is to make your buying/bidding/winning experience a great one! With out you the bidder, We would not be here! Another goal is to make our winners happy, so they return in the future!
We always describe the listed items to the best of our ability. The items are sold "AS IS", so please ask questions before bidding. Insurance is mandatory on all glass/fragile items. If you choose not to insure an item, we are not responsible for broken/damaged or lost items. We can not stress it enough to purchase insurance. Although we package our items extremely well, things do happen in transit. Please do yourself and us a favor by buying $50.00 worth of protection for only $1.70! Purchasing insurance resolves 90% of issues and asking questions before bidding, resolves the other 10%. Within the past 3 months, we have paid out over $500.00 in claims. Due to damaged/broken items while being shipped, and we will no long be doing so. Acceptable Returns arewrong item/wrong description, such as (color, size, pattern). We must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your item for such returns. All positive feedback shall be left the same day as item is received. We do not accept negitive feedback if you have asked all your questions and purchased insurance then there should not be reason to do so. Not abiding to these terms, will be breaking our contract and possibly result in negitive feedback for the buyer. We have never left negitive feedback and will do just about anything to keep it that way. But we do expect the same in return. If you live outside of the 50 states, please contact us via email before bidding, so that we may quote you on the correct international shipping charges. We do accept money orders.However please do not use "walmart" money orders, as they will result in a long delay of shipping out your item. Lastly, Please do not bid if you do not agree to any of these terms.
