If your item is shipped via Priority Mail International there will be no
Proof Of Delivery Charge since this type of Mail Service Includes a Tracking number
We do charge a $ 1.65 Handling charge to cover shipping supplies, this charge
is part of the shipping cost that will come up when you see the shipping charges.
In most cases, all items will depart within 48 to 72 hours after funds are secured (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship via USPS, Express Shipping is available. Please contact us for further shipping details, and as before, please include your full address with zip code and/or country code.
Note: The USPS Delivery Confirmation sort of acts like a Tracking Number but it is not like a UPS tracking number, it doesn't get updated in real time.
The package is supposed to be scanned when it is dropped at the Post Office to show they received it, and may not be scanned again until it is delivered, hence the term Delivery Confirmation.
The problem is that some customers may receive their package before the online database is updated. Until the item is delivered the message that shows up on the USPS website when trying to track the package is the following:
The U.S. Postal Service was notified by the shipper (Date) to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery Status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.
This message is very misleading, even though the item was dropped at the Post Office it evidently didn't get scanned. This is the message a lot of my customers get when looking up a package on the USPS Website and of course they are wondering if the package was sent, please keep in mind that if I didn't pay for and print the postage for the package you wouldn't even get this message, you would get a message that there is no such Delivery Confirmation Number and since I paid for and printed the postage I certainley would dropped the item at the Post Office.
So just keep in mind that the USPS Delivery Confirmation is just that, it confirms that you receive the package, so it can't be counted on for real time tracking of your package.
