New Double Headed Short Medieval Decorative Battle Axe
Battle Axes were the specialized versions of utility axes. This particular axe is double headed but both the single and double were equally popular. They served as a form of a weapons as well as a useful tool.

The Labrys is the double headed axe, known to the Classical Greeks as pelekus, but which predated the arrival of the Hellenes in Aegean world. Double axe was known since the Neolithic. In 1998, a double axe, complete with an elaborately embellished haft, has been found at Cham-Eslen, Zug, Switzerland. Today, it is sometimes used as a symbol associated with female and matristic power.

Domestic Shipping
- We ship to all 48 States of the United States via UPS Ground and/or USPS Mail To AK, HI, GU, VI, PR, PO Boxes, Military Address/base, APO/FPO, Canada and International Customers.
